Hi, I’m Warwick a product designer on a mission to build products that make a real difference. I use behavioural insights and user research to distinguish the things worth designing against the things that aren’t. By balancing keen user insight with a sharp eye on business impact, I create experiences that resonate and drive results.

About

CV

Hi, I’m Warwick Gavaghan, a designer from Melbourne.

Currently, I’m the Senior Product Designer at the real estate reputation and marketing platform Renowned (formerly RateMyAgent) helping us grown our US customer base. Prior to downsizing in 2024 I was the Lead Product Designer nurturing a small team of 4 designers across 5 cross-functional squads.

Previously, I was a UX Designer at Roller Software, a venue management platform, where I worked on the first iteration of a booking calendar, bringing a ~30% reduction of admin time spent managing bookings. Before that I was the Senior Digital Designer at Traffic Brand Agency where I rolled out a digital assets suite for our real estate clients.

I have also spent 10 years co-running a small makers studio hand-making and laser cutting a variety of jewellery, homewares and plant products. We’ve travelled from Adelaide to Canberra selling our wares at markets small and large including Finders Keepers, Bowerbird and Makers Market.

I have big love for difficult video games, game design, fantasy/sci-fi books, coffee machines and early 2000s techno.
